We believe in using only the highest quality and freshest products. The pizza industry has become a fast paced assembly line. Pizzeria began to purchase precooked meats, frozen and canned vegetables, blended cheeses with prefab crust to help reduce food cost and increase make times to save money over the past several decades. Upper Crust Pizzeria knows that you don't really want these prefab products. When you order a salad you don't expect to receive it with canned mushrooms or frozen green peppers. You want FRESH vegetables because they taste better. This is also true with pizzas.

All our meats are purchased fresh, seasoned and cooked at our locations. Plus all our mushrooms, yellow onions, red onions, green bell peppers, lettuce and tomatoes are purchased fresh and hand cut.

All our dough is made fresh daily and allowed to cure before serving. We hand toss each pizza crust ensuring a bouquet of flavor when served. Hand tossing is the only method of making pizza crust that doesn't create a pizza that taste like it was baked on flat bread. flat bread is fine when making a pita but not when eating a pizza. Pizza is made up of four parts. Dough, sauce, toppings and cheese. We give 100% to the entire pizza.
